Infrastructure Implementation Principles

The Kenya Development Response to Displacement Impacts Project (KDRDIP) is guided by the following principles while implementing the Social and Economic Infrastructure and Services sub-projects:

  1. Communities prioritize own development needs, especially targeting girls, women and other marginalized groups.
  2. It inputs complementary to ongoing support from the county and national governments – and other development partners and civil society organizations (CSOs).
  3. It ensures compliance with quality standards and norms of the Government of Kenya.
  4. It ensures strong accountability to citizens and credible systems for Monitoring and Evaluation.
