County Technical Committees (CTC)
County Technical Committees (CTCs) provide support to communities in areas of design, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of sub-projects implemented by the Kenya Development Response on Displacement Impacts Project (KDRDIP), a World Bank-funded project whose aim is to mitigate impacts of refugee-presence among hosting communities.
The County Technical Committees (CTCs) are responsible for the technical appraisal of the sub‐projects at the County level. They comprise of representation from line Ministries and relevant county departments including Water and Irrigation, Agriculture, Environment, Education, Health, Livestock and Fisheries.
